Why Augi Water?
Augi Water's biodegradable bottles are recyclable. Other biodegradable plastics use renewable sources such as vegetable oils or cornstarch to develop their bioplastic. These bioplastics can not be recycled because they contaminate the PET plastic stream. Our bottles are free of renewable sources allowing our bottles to be recycled. Under the circumstance that our bottles end up in landfills, our bottles breakdown into the soil and natural gases, essentially making our bottles harmless to the environment.
The Process
Manufactring
The bottles are made by mixing additives with standard plastic resonance during the manufacturing process.
Recycle or Landfill.
When emptied or finished, and where possible, Augi Water bottles should be recycled, but that is not always the case. In present times many bottles are not properly discarded.
The Breakdown.
If Augi Water bottles is to end up in landfill under the appropriate conditions, along with other trash. The organic material inside our additive attract tiny microbes. These microbes secrete special enzymes turning the bottle into their favorite food, carbon. The microbes completely digest our bottles leaving behind natural soil and natural gases.
The Benefits
Just like a decaying tree, our bottles become a part of the natural life cycle. Whether our bottles are recycled or become a part of the waste stream Augi Water bottles are the ideal environmental solution.
